Description

The color of the wine, a luminous and dazzling straw gold, immediately captures the attention.
Its nose, open and powerful, unfolds with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as raspberry and strawberry, with, in the background, fresher and delicate touches of citrus fruits, such as white peach and brugnon, which bring complexity.
On the palate, the wine reveals formidable power, supported by a beautiful acidity which highlights the aromas of fruits, such as blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrant, white peach and apricot.
The finish, long and persistent, ends with notes of small candied red fruits and a marked minerality, offering a pleasant freshness and great length.

The family works in the pure Champagne tradition to offer the best vintages of champagne. The Verzenay terroir transmits power, vinosity as well as its typical notes of red and white fruits.
The 6.70 hectare farm is mainly located on the Grand Cru terroirs of Verzenay and Verzy. Production is not classified as organic, biodynamic or sustainable viticulture but certification in sustainable viticulture is in progress.
