Domaine Philbert - Solo, 100% Pinot Meunier - 2023 - Champagne

White wine

Description

Maturation on lees / in cellar: 72 months - Dosage 4 g/liter
This Cuvée is made from plots of Pinot Meunier from the villages of Villers-Allerand, Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes. All these plots come from the 1er Cru hillsides of the Montagne de Reims (Marne), and the finest Pinot Meunier grapes are selected to produce the Cuvée Solo.
The color is golden, on the nose, notes of red fruits which evolve towards a gourmand side, on the palate, a beautiful volume, a pretty roundness, and aromas of white-fleshed fruits.
