This 14 hectare estate is home to a terroir suitable for the Pinot Meunier grape variety which represents 75% of the vine surface, it appreciates the marly clay-limestone soils and the richness of the relief of the Valley of
Marl. The latter produces fruity wines of great finesse.
The vines are cultivated with respect for nature, the rows of vines are grassed, the soil is worked in plots, and only organic fertilizers are added.
The Joly Family has always given love and passion so that the vines give the best of themselves in order to produce a champagne of excellence for 5 generations now.
