Description

Aged for 48 months in oak barrels and in bottle.
This superb red wine is aged for 24 months in barrels, followed by 24 months.
On the nose, beautiful aromas of perfectly ripe black fruits, notes of fine graphite and black pepper.
On the palate, flavors of blackcurrant, a fleshy substance offering finesse, balance and accuracy.
This wine is ample and powerful, and will need a little more time to reveal the full extent of its immense potential.

Pierre Vaïsse is at the head of this very beautiful wine property. Based in the Terrasses du Larzac, Pierre Vaïsse produces with perfect mastery remarkable wines in both red and white. This young producer began his career in 2007 with only 2 hectares of vines which he took over from his parents as a wine grower. Today, he makes his own wine thanks to his 13 hectares of vines and delivers some of his grapes to the cooperative cellar.
