Selection cellar Maison des Millésimes Paris
The Odyssée vintage is a real gem, a pinot noir with a lovely nose, an expressive bouquet of red fruits, touches of blackberry and blackcurrant.
These vines are planted on clay-limestone and clay-loamy soils.

Guillaume Sorbe, winemaker and son of a line of winegrowers, created his own estate, Les Poëte, in 2006, using the family vines. Specializing in Loire wines, notably Pouilly-Fumé, Touraine and Vin de France, the estate highlights three main grape varieties: sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, and pinot gris. The estate's motto embodies its philosophy, focused on highlighting the best terroirs to produce very high-level wines.
Although confidential, the estate extends over 7 hectares in the Quincy and Reuilly appellations, not claiming AOP but rather “Vin de France” status. He also owns 1.5 hectares in Touraine, giving birth to the “S” vintage. Produced organically according to Demeter specifications, Les Poëte cannot, however, obtain certification due to particularities in the breeding of bees and the construction of the wax frames.
