Description

Derived from its terroir located in the heart of the Corbières region, this wine offers an intense black fruit suggesting blackcurrant (a rare berry), spicy notes, and aromas of scrubland, followed by a voluptuous length on the palate. It pairs well with pizza, hand-cut steak tartare, truffle pecorino, or simply with farmhouse pork rillettes.
