Selection cellar Maison des Millésimes Paris
The latest addition to the Grosbois estate is first and foremost the result of a geological curiosity, the first emergence of the Paris Basin. This 2 hectare vineyard east of Panzoult is planted on a limestone slab covered with rolled gravel, another expression of the Chinon style which lends itself to aging in single wine barrels, between 12 to 15 months depending on the vintage. , then 6 months in concrete vats to refine the ageing.

Located on the right bank of the Vienne Valley, between Tours and Saumur, Domaine Grosbois, a former fortified farm built in the 15th century, covers 20 hectares of vines.
Most of the 19 plots that make up the Domaine are located in the heart of a Grand Clos.
The estate is essentially composed of friable soils of millarges, yellow quartz sands which retain heat at the end of the vegetative cycle.
