Domaine Vaïsse - Hasard - 2022 - IGP Pays d'Hérault

White wine

Description

6 months of aging in vats to keep all the necessary minerality and tension, thus counterbalancing the power of this slightly exuberant grape variety.
The nose is reminiscent of vine peach and orange blossom.
The palate combines the fleshiness of the fruit with a saline freshness.
A length of white pepper and bergamot distinguishes it. Pomelos, white fruits, white flowers, very fresh and particularly delicious finish, of incredible length.

Pierre Vaïsse is at the head of this very beautiful wine property. Based in the Terrasses du Larzac, Pierre Vaïsse produces with perfect mastery remarkable wines in both red and white. This young producer began his career in 2007 with only 2 hectares of vines which he took over from his parents as a wine grower. Today, he makes his own wine thanks to his 13 hectares of vines and delivers some of his grapes to the cooperative cellar.
