The great freshness of this wine goes perfectly with the fruity side that emerges on the palate.
The finesse of its bubbles is very pleasant when tasting and we will note the delicious and supple aspect on the finish.
This vintage is ideal for an aperitif or dessert.

Nestled in the heart of Saumur, Le Puy-Notre-Dame, classified as a village of character and charm, has been a land of vines since the 16th century. Since the beginning of the 19th century, the estate has known several generations of winegrowers to exploit its clay-limestone lands. The richness of tuffeau in these soils is conducive to the production of characterful wines renowned for their richness, delicacy and complexity.
The estate extends over 17 hectares where Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc vines flourish, traditional grape varieties in Saumur. The vines are cultivated in accordance with tradition to preserve the richness of the terroir and constantly improve the quality of the vintages.
