Selection cellar Maison des Millésimes Paris
Mythical place on the Côte Brune in the north of the appellation, facing south on mica schist typical of the appellation.
The color is black and deep.
The nose is delicate and fine with spices and notes of red fruits such as morello cherry.
The palate is elegant and subtle, with an attack of freshness, ripe and powerful fruit accompanying the length with finesse. Great vintage to keep for at least 10 years.

Domaine Cuilleron today covers 77 hectares of several Rhone appellations, from Saint-Péray to Côte Rôtie, including Saint Joseph and Condrieu. Originally, Yves Cuilleron studied mechanical engineering, before spending his military service with several Alsatian and Burgundian winegrowers. These various encounters will undoubtedly push the man to take over the family estate of Chavanay (3.5 hectares) in 1987. Very quickly, the winemaker thinks big and buys a myriad of abandoned plots, still affordable at the time. . The style of the wines is now widely asserted: beautiful maturity supported by serious oak. In Saint Joseph, the Les Serines vintage will delight lovers of lace Syrah.
