Description
On the nose, this cuvée reveals a delicate and subtle bouquet dominated by delicate floral aromas, evoking white flowers such as jasmine or acacia. We also perceive fruity notes, reminiscent of stone fruits such as white peach and brugnon, bringing a feeling of freshness and lightness.
In the mouth, the attack is lively and invigorating, offering a nice sensation of freshness. We find floral and fruity aromas on the palate, with notes of citrus fruits such as lemon or lime which bring liveliness.
At the same time, a touch of hazelnut subtly stands out, adding complexity to the whole.
The finish is marked by a pleasant salinity, which perfectly balances the acidity and leaves an impression of lingering minerality.
