Description

the nose brings a beautiful aromatic complexity with floral notes (peony violets),
fruity (blackcurrant, morello cherry, raspberry), animal (musk, pepper). Wine of character and of good guard. This wine presents a round and removed attack, a solid structure. Its fat is remarkable, its delicate texture.

Located in the commune of Couchey, Domaine Clémancey has been a family business for several generations.
They now farm 8.00 ha spread over the municipalities of Couchey, Marsannay-la-Côte, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin.
They produce 11 appellations and bottle between 25,000 and 30,000 bottles each year. The rest of the production is sold to trading houses.
