This Chablis 1er cru Butteaux 2018 offers a complex, intense and deep nose with smoky, citrus and floral notes. The mouthfeel is full and has a creamy texture. It offers an aromatic palette with notes of white-fleshed fruit, toast, candied lemon and minerals. The finish is very long and distinguished. A great success!

Now 30 years old, I spent my entire childhood in a small village in Chablis, Courgis. Surrounded by a winegrower father and grandfather, I quickly inherited a passion for the profession. So I naturally chose to pursue a BTS in viticulture and oenology in Beaune.
My passion for the profession of winegrower, my curiosity and my desire to respect the environment and the health of those close to me, were determining elements in my thinking. The organic cultivation of my vines has become obvious.
Returning in 2004 to the family estate of Bois d'Yver, I took over 8 hectares which I converted to organic farming (ECOCERT). I therefore created my own domain, the “Pattes Loup” domain.
In 2009, I obtained my certification in Organic Agriculture.
