Christine and Eric founded Domaine de Bellivière in 1995, renovating an old farm and gradually bringing together nearly 18 hectares of vines along the Loir. Their son Clément joined them in 2015, followed by their daughter-in-law Laure-Anne in 2020. Since 2021, Clément and Laure-Anne have managed the winemaking and business. They continue their parents' work with a respectful approach to living things, cultivating organically since 2005, certified in 2008, then biodynamically since 2011. Their goal is to respect the terroir and adapt their practices to each vintage, in order to transcribe the essence of the plant in their wines.
