The Mesturet once again gives us the honour of hosting our next evening of food and wine pairings.
Three essential and exogenous factors to the intrinsic quality of a wine are likely to sublimate your wine as well as to shoot it... 1- serving temperature 2- aeration 3- the agreement with the main dishes 4-your mother-in-law dish (joke...)
During this evening, we will pay special attention to aeration by testing in real conditions the aerator developed by the company AVEINE PARIS. This concentrated technology serving the wine and supposed to serve it ideally ventilated instantly, as if you had opened your bottle an hour or even 24 hours in advance. The application related to the aerator will tell you the ideal aeration of consumption.
The mad scientists (Mathieu Robert, Margot Thimonier) behind this project will be there to explain how they managed to achieve this feat, already used in many restaurants. As good pragmatists as we are, we will therefore confront the wine served by Aveine and the one served without an aerator.
And as we like to combine the useful with the pleasant, for this evening of "work" (version that you must remember if your spouse can not accompany you ...), here is below the program of high aerobatics that we have prepared ...
