- What happen if my booking request has expired ?
This means that the host has not been able to take care of your reservation, however we contact the host before the reservation has expired.
- When will I be credited for my performances ?
You will be credited two days after you performance.
- How to send a message to a host ?
You can contact the host on the page of its announcement.
- Can I pay in the currency of my choice ?
Winebnb accepts all currencies.
- Who can become a host?
Any individual with wine bottles to be tasted and a place to invite the participants.
- What are the consequences of a bottle unsuitable presented by the host ?
A proposal for the same bottle for consumption or a refund from the host.
- How long does a validation of application take to become a host?
Validation of a request to be host does take one or two days.
- Is there a minimum/ maximum number of required applicant ?
The minimum or maximum number of required applicants for a booking is set by the host.
- How to calculate the price of my evening as a host ?
The host can calculate the price of his service according to the number of people, the number of bottles as well as their price, and the margin he wishes to make.
- Can I organize or participate to a testing session/ evening as an underage people ?
No one under 18 years old will be able to benefit of the winebnb.com services related to alcohol consumption.
- Can I book a tasting session for another name ?
All reservations must be made in the name of the participant who will be required to present himself with a document attesting to his identity.
- Must the payer and customer name be the same ?
The payer name is not obviously the same as name on the booking.
- What is the expiry time of a reservation request ?
A reservation request expires after 48 hours if the owner has not responded to the request.
- What are the cancellation conditions ?
Cancellation Policy Accommodation :
- "Strict" cancellation
- If the applicant cancels < 14 days, then 0% will be refunded
- If the applicant cancels > 14 days, then 70% will be refunded
- "Relax" cancellation
- If the applicant cancels < 14 days, then 50% will be refunded
- If the applicant cancels > 14 days, then 100% will be refunded

- "Strict" cancellation
- If the applicant cancels < 5 days, then 0% will be refunded
- If the applicant cancels > 5 days, then 90% will be refunded
- "Relax" cancellation
- If the applicant cancels < 5 days, then 80% will be refunded
- If the applicant cancels > 5 days, then 100% will be refunded

- If the applicant cancels < 3 days, then 0% will be refunded
- If the applicant cancels > 3 days, then 90% will be refunded
- "Relax" cancellation
- If the applicant cancels < 3 days, then 90% will be refunded
- If the applicant cancels > 3 days, then 100% will be refunded
- What happens if I discover that the proposed hosting service does not match the offer?
Do not panic ! We advise you first to discuss and find an agreement with your host. If, despite this step, you still disagree, we advise you to get closer to our user support hotline and we will quickly find a solution for you. To do this, go to the "contact us" section
- What happens if I shorten my stay for personal reasons?
If you shorten your stay for personal reasons, the cancellation conditions remain those fixed at the time of your reservation (Strict or flexible). Be aware, however, that you can exceptionally request a gesture from your host who is the only one with the ability to change the financial terms of the reservation. Please note that some insurance provided in your credit card contract or in your personal liability cover may cover, under certain conditions, your total or partial cancellation charges.
- Who confirms the reservation?
The confirmation of the reservation is exclusively in the hand of the host. It must intervene as soon as possible so that the user can redirect his research in case of non approval of his reservation request.
- What are the terms of repayment of funds?
When a reservation is validated, it means that the user has paid the payment card service on our site. The funds are then limited to an account specifically opened by us with the company MANGOPAY SA in accordance with our terms (put the link of the Terms of Use). 2 days after the completion date of the service, and provided that the host has filled out their bank details in their user area, the funds are automatically transferred to the beneficiary.
