Manual harvesting in small boxes. Sorting of the harvest in the vat house. Long vinification in wooden vats, with punching down and temperature control. Aged in oak barrels (100% new barrels) and bottled after 18 months. A very beautiful ruby color with cherry aromas. Rich, with a lot of finesse, this wine can be kept for another 15 years.

Created in 1960 by Antonin Guyon, this estate is today managed by his son Dominique, passionate about winemaking, and followed by the Greek oenologist Kyriakos Kynigopoulos.
