Description

The attack is clear. The mouth is full and velvety. Beautiful freshness which balances the wine.
The tannins are quite intense, fine and well blended. The wine is quite powerful, but the alcohol is well integrated.
The finish is long and fresh. Lots of deliciousness and digestibility in this wine.
Aphyllante, in reference to a blue flower typical of scrubland.

Pierre Vaïsse is at the head of this very beautiful wine property. Based in the Terrasses du Larzac, Pierre Vaïsse produces with perfect mastery remarkable wines in both red and white. This young producer began his career in 2007 with only 2 hectares of vines which he took over from his parents as a wine grower. Today, he makes his own wine thanks to his 13 hectares of vines and delivers some of his grapes to the cooperative cellar.
