This vintage comes from a blend of plots in the Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux sectors.
The nose is powerful with delicious red fruits.
The palate is supple, delicious and beautifully balanced. The fine tannins of this wine highlight the freshness of the crunchy fruits.
This wine can be enjoyed as well on the youth and expression of the fruit as on the secondary aromas from 5 years old

Domaine Cuilleron today covers 77 hectares of several Rhone appellations, from Saint-Péray to Côte Rôtie, including Saint Joseph and Condrieu. Originally, Yves Cuilleron studied mechanical engineering, before spending his military service with several Alsatian and Burgundian winegrowers. These various encounters will undoubtedly push the man to take over the family estate of Chavanay (3.5 hectares) in 1987. Very quickly, the winemaker thinks big and buys a myriad of abandoned plots, still affordable at the time. . The style of the wines is now widely asserted.
