Masterclass on the wines of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry at the Oenovino School in Paris on Thursday, December 15 at 7:30 pm (about 2 hours).
This masterclass will be presented by Frank Stofer DipWSET and Certified Sherry Educator. During this evening, different themes will be discussed, starting with the long history of this wine region in southern Spain, production techniques, different types of Sherry and the main food and wine pairings. 6 wines of Jerez-Jérès-Sherry will be tasted and accompanied by specific appetizers for each wine, in order to better understand the multitude of possible pairings by type of wine, because Sherry is above all a gourmet wine.
