Dégustation privée
Selection cellar Maison des Millésimes Paris
On the nose it presents aromas of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and strawberry, as well as floral and spicy notes.
On the palate it is silky, with well-integrated tannins and lively acidity. A beautiful complexity, with nuances of undergrowth, truffle and minerality. An elegant and refined wine.

The estate brings together several appellations of Bougogne. Created by Jean-Marc Boillot in 1990, it quickly established itself in Burgundy with its unique approach. The vines are planted densely to induce competition and deep rooting. Plowing is light to oxygenate the soil. And the treatments are natural and organic. Lydie, the daughter of Jean-Marc Boillot, and her husband François Alzingre are now continuing this approach.
The estate's vines extend over 11 hectares, including six hectares devoted to the Chardonnay grape variety and seven to Pinot Noir. The plots cover eight different appellations of red wine or white Burgundy wine. The estate's plots in Burgundy have vines that are almost a century old. They were planted by Eugène Sauzet, the grandfather of Jean-Marc Boillot. The vines of the plots Les Rugiens (Volnay 1er Cru) and Les Jarollières (Pommard 1er Cru) date from 1929. And the vines of the plot Les Combettes (Puligny-Montrachet) were planted in 1944.
