Red wine

Description

This wine, made exclusively from Pinot Noir, is aged for 18 months, alternating between oak barrels and stainless steel vats. On the palate, it is distinguished by its strong tannic structure, beautiful minerality, and a slightly wild character, typical of Fixin wines.
