This 4.5-hectare monopole is the estate's flagship wine.
The vines, now over 60 years old, produce a pure and balanced wine characterized by intense notes of cherry, earth, and woody spices.
On the palate, it offers beautiful depth and a solid structure, making it one of the richest and most complex wines in the Fixin appellation.
