The zeYSSOLFF family's presence in Alsace dates back to the 15th century. In 1778, Jean-Daniel ZEYSSOLFF, a winemaker in Gertwiller, in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, founded the ZeYSSOLFF House. Since then, the tradition of vines and wine has been passed down from father to son over ten generations. All Alsace grape varieties are offered by ZEYSSOLFF. In 1997, Yvan ZEYSSOLFF took over the family farm. Since then, the House has been working on integrated struggle to preserve the environment. The estate has been in biological conversion since 2018. For the past ten years, ZEYSSOLFF has been moving towards an oenotourism approach, opening its shop "Au Péché Vigneron" under the family home. Shop completely redesigned and adapted to the public, and to the environment during the year 2015. In 2020, the complete renovation of the vault cellar, the creation of a new winery and the installation of a staged space with an immersive 180-degree video.
